Grammie is still catching up on email, and missed this posting until now. Sure did enjoy our time together over New Year, and we are looking forward to B’s Birthday next weekend. I know how proud you are of your girls, and rightfully so. We are in turn proud of you and the great Dad/person you are. Mom will try to keep up with your schedule … do you have many weekend games?

Matt, you brought tears to my eyes (you know how easy I cry!!!) with your sentiment about Lisa – what wonderful words to use to explain the special mother, wife, daughter, person who Lisa is – not bragging just because she’s our daughter, of course! But you should take credit too for the wonder of Braelyn because this off season that you have had, I have seen you and B grow much closer together and I know how much that means to you. Hey Matt. So good to hear from you personally and great to see that the family is doing well. I was so sad to miss the NYE festivities; Ian & I gotten in to LAX about 1 a.m. the night of 12/30 (or I guess the morning of 12/31) and with our internal clocks being set to three hours ahead, we were beat. I would have loved to see you all. Happy New Year and say hi to Lisa & Braelyn for me.
